EXAMS

MonmouthOcean AAPC schedules and Proctors at least four certification examinations per year.

We accommodate ADA exams at least twice a year. Currently we hold at least 3 Exams on a Saturday and one on a Sunday.

Registration for exams can only be registered for through AAPC. Local Chapters cannot register any exams. Exams must be scheduled no later than three weeks before the exam date.

All questions regarding Exams must be directed to AAPC. MonmouthOcean AAPC cannot help with Exam questions or issues. We do, however, send out notification to all who register to take exams proctored by our Chapter, approximately 10 days before the exam with detailed instructions and recommendations. We strive to make it a very relaxed atmosphere for you and very non-pressured.

We stress that no cell phones or Smart Watches or devices may be brought into the examination facility.

2022 Exam Dates:

We will be having a “Mega” exam Date on February 21, 2022, at The Holiday Inn, East Windsor, NJ off Exit 8 of the NJ Turnpike.  This is a Monday – Presidents Day.  We have secured a very huge, tiered conference room that Novitas has used in the past.  It is a quiet room that holds over 250 people comfortably.  We have limited it currently to 150 places so that all Social Distancing may be accomplished and there is plenty of room to spread out. All rooms at the hotel have just been renovated and there is also a restaurant on-site.  Many will be staying over so that they may relax, network and enjoy a nice dinner or breakfast with other attendees and “chill” out before testing and not have to drive or stress about being late.  We are proctoring for all AAPC exams and will be available for all ADA’s as well.

All Hospitals and indoor testing facilities are closed, and we do not know when they will be opened and available for us.  The Hospital rooms have been closed since the beginning of Covid and do not anticipate opening for any use other than vaccines in the near future.

We encourage masking and will be following all current at that moment recommendations.  We will also have some masks available and hand sanitizer as well.

The best news for you is that as of January 1, 2022 – the exam is now 4 Hours only!!!!  You will do Great!
