As a local Chapter we recognize that sometimes everyone needs some help getting over a "hump" financially and we are more than willing to help in a small way.
Our funds are based on availability as we do not charge for CEU's and we are not a "for profit" chapter. However, we try to help in any way we can.
Our local Scholarship awards can only be for a meeting or a local event that we are sponsoring. We do not award scholarships for membership dues, books, exams, or outside educational events other than ones Monmouth/Ocean AAPC holds.
For more extensive needs we advise filling out the applications available through AAPCCA Hardship Scholarship or Project AAPC - humanitarian Aid Scholarship.
Any information given to us for determination never goes beyond the treasurer. The balance of officers sees the application but do not have the name of the requesting member.
